Following analysis of networking telemetry, we've confirmed that the Microsoft 365 services are healthy. The issue is occurring outside of the Microsoft-managed environment, within a local ISP. A service incident did not actually occur. This communication will expire in 24 hours.

User impact: Users may experience intermittent access and functionality issues for Microsoft 365 services.

Current status: We've received reports of users experiencing intermittent access and functionality issues for Microsoft 365 services. Initial analysis of service telemetry indicates a local third-party Internet Service Provider (ISP) issue within the region may be causing impact. We're conducting analysis of diagnostic service telemetry to confirm that the Microsoft-managed environment is healthy.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
